The  Managing Director will earn unlimited compensation in direct proportion  to their ability to perform, to leverage existing relationships to  write direct business while building a network of Producers and  Sub-Producers. The Managing Director’s earning potential is anticipated  to be in the upper six figure range with some reaching seven figures,  and the Managing Director Agreement provides contractual equity.  Expertise and experience with self-funded / self-insured health groups  in excess of 500 employees is a plus. 

The  Managing Director’s access to a network of C-Level financial decision-  makers and to rapidly recruit Producers and Sub-Producers is mission  critical to rapidly grow and scale in their geographic region. 

The  competence and ability of a 360 Smarter Care, LLC Managing Director to  perform lies in the expertise provided. A 360 Smarter Care, LLC Managing  Director will have access to CEOs, CFOs, other C-level decision makers  as well as the ability to recruit and educate Producers and  Sub-Producers. The Managing Director shall faithfully perform all duties  to the best of their professional knowledge, skill and judgment. 

The Managing Director’s duties include the following:

  • Solicitation.      To solicit self-funded / self-insured health  groups larger than 500 employees in size, in their pricing and  insurability, meet or exceed the administrative standards and  pricing standards established by 360 Smarter      Care, LLC.
  • Servicing      Business. To direct and implement the production,  underwriting, statistical      and other work necessary or incidental to  the business written under this      Agreement; and to provide for all  usual and customary services to      independent sub-producers, clients,  including, without limitation,      delivery of review documents,  timely and, appropriate responses to      inquiries and complaints from  sub-producers, clients, or members of the      public, and comply with  any reasonable service standards as may be set      forth in writing by  360 Smarter Care, LLC.
  • Competent      Staff. To maintain sufficient supplies and  equipment and a staff of      competent and trained personnel, to  produce, develop, underwrite and      supervise the business covered by  this Agreement.
  • Compliance      with 360 Smarter Care, LLC guidelines. To comply  fully, timely and      promptly with all manuals, rules, regulations,  guidelines, instructions      and directions issued by 360 Smarter Care,  LLC.
  • Sub-Producers.      To accept agreements on behalf of 360 Smarter  Care, LLC producers and      sub-producers, and to direct, supervise and  coordinate the efforts of sub-producers.      The Managing Director  shall be solely responsible for payment of all commissions earned       by sub-producers. The Managing Director shall accept 360 Smarter  Care, LLC business only      from sub-producers who have agreed in  advance.
  • To      keep fully informed of and comply with all applicable laws  and      regulations, including, without limitation, all laws and  regulations      applicable to producers in the jurisdictions where the  360 Smarter Care,      LLC business is written. The Managing Director  shall not solicit in any jurisdiction      until all applicable laws,  regulations, and rules have been complied with.
  • Earnings      are 100% dependent on the Managing Director’s  ability to leverage their      professional network for direct business  and to recruit Producers and      Sub-Producers with existing business  within the target market of      self-funded / self-insured groups in  excess of 500 enrolled employees.

Types of clients You will be working with:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple Implementation projects
  • Collaborating on Sales proposals
  • Generating Statements of Work
  • Creating Project Plans
  • Eliciting and defining Customer requirements
  • Effectively communicate plans, progress and status/updates to both internal staff and customer stakeholders.
  • Articulate the value of 360 Smarter Care’s Services through presentations, demonstrations and open discussion with customers and prospects.
  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.
  • Develop materials in-line with the specific Sales and/or Services opportunity requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an Implementation (Professional Services), Insurance/Financial Services Account Manager or Sales position. Project management experience is critical, specifically working with large, decentralized and global clients.
  • Heavy experience with managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
  • Experience managing implementations of insurance plans, third party administrators, benefit administration service providers & enrollment companies.
  • Strong knowledge of self-funded health insurance programs, and the industry. 
  • Up to 50% national travel.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience is required.

Key Skills:

  • Must possess a strong combination of project management skills, technical healthcare expertise, and client development.
  • Must be an expert at developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients; impeccable communication skills and ability to understand clients’ needs is imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with key personnel for assigned customers

Collaborates with 360 (and partner companies) personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customer’s expectations.

Meet annual retention targets and customer loyalty goals through client satisfaction surveys.

Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. Creates communication plans and clearly relays the information to customers and brokers (when appropriate).

Collaborate/Participate in finalist presentations (as needed) representing the 360 Relationship Management and service value story. Understands and clearly explains the value of 360, our business partnerships and the strength of our solutions.

Partners and collaborates with regional 360 Advisors to ensure a mutual understanding of region’s goals and objectives. Develops plans of action (through use of business plan) to act on those goals and objectives.

Partners with Implementation Consultant to ensure awareness and understanding during implementation process.

Conducts consistent, proactive education/outreach communication with brokers/customers in the form of: in person meetings, scheduled call-outs, email, conference calls, webinars, etc. 

Conduct kick-off/Installation meeting upon completion of the implementation process to educate client team/stakeholders on 360’s administrative policies and procedures (in person or by phone).

Acts as the liaison for 360’s partners and internal team members.

Facilitates the monthly risk review process; responsible for analysis preparation and consultation with account’s Advisor on results from prior 30 days, identifying trends and outcomes by metric.

Prepare and deliver client’s service agreement following initial 18-month contract along with account’s Advisor.

Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships by interacting effectively at all levels of the client organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an Account Manager (Professional Services), Insurance/Financial Services or Sales position. Project management, deep financial analysis and presentation experience is critical, specifically working with large, decentralized and global clients.
  • Heavy experience with managing multiple projects across multiple customers simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/or direction.
  • Experience managing insurance plans for mid-large employers, developing deep inter-personal relationships with clients and retaining clients at a high (90%+ level) based on superior service.
  • Strong knowledge of self-funded health insurance programs, and the industry. 
  • Up to 50% national travel.
  • BA/BS or equivalent experience in project management with certifications.

We are looking for someone to bring order to our chaotic schedules and frenetic work habits.  We are looking for 360’s  version of Felicity Smoak. 

From her humble  origins as a software firm supervisor to her complete re-imagining as the  brains behind Team Arrow, Felicity has become a tech support Swiss army  knife, able to provide help and engineering for any of the Super Heroes  in her life, meta-human or otherwise.

The things that make Felicity a standout Right Hand Person  are what  make her an  excellent part of the team and organizational leader. She’s wicked smart, she’s a good mix of  goofy and serious, she multitasks like  nobody’s business, she can make decisions on the fly, and TEAM ARROW cannot function efficiently or effectively without her.

We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a can-do get-it-done I will not stop until I get it done person to support our Founder (Pete) and our CEO (Joel).

 Our Right Hand  candidates should be able to assist Pete and Joel by handling all types of office and administrative tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as  Our Right Hand, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly.  Our Right Hand must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication.
